ProFilt also supply pleated elements in a full range of sizes and configurations. These are available in industrial and FDA compliant standards. The elements can be made with the following media:
- Polyester
- Polyester / PTFE
- Polyester / PTFE / Carbon
- Polyurethane
- or silicone for dynamic applications
The tops and bottoms of the pleated elements can be supplied in either Polyurethane or Silicone. The Silicone option can be manufactured to a specific shore hardness to best suit customer requirements.
The range of pleated filters extends to blower and vacuum applications. All elements can be made to meet FDA requirements.
Panel filters including the ‘WAM’ style are also available and we hold stock of common sizes. We can also custom produce these in a range of sizes and media to suit specific requirements or applications.
